ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE TIME OF AD PLACEMENT. NO AD WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR PUBLICATION PRIOR TO RECEIVING FULL PAYMENT. Ad Copy & Change Deadlines: Ad Copy Deadlines are the final date to submit an approved ad for placement in the next issue of Market Place. Change deadlines are placed on submitted, approved ads and will vary depending on the approved Ad Copy submittal date. Ad Copy submitted on the Ad Copy Deadline date are not eligible for a change deadline. No refunds will be approved for misprinted ads unless the ad does not match the approved ad copy submitted by client. Ad Copy Changes: One ad copy change per three month term at no charge. Additional changes will be subject to an additional charge of $7.00 per change. Complete ad redesign charge of $25.00 will apply for ads running less than six months. Cancellations: Cancellations of any agreement of three or more months will be billed at the one issue rate for the entire term agreement. No refunds will be issued for cancellations unless thirty days written notice has been issued by client. No refunds after ad copy deadline can be made as changes are not permitted after this date. |
